  4.      ATTENTION: USE OF THE SOFTWARE IS SUBJECT TO THE
  5.      HP SOFTWARE LICENSE TERMS SET FORTH BELOW.
  6.      USING THE SOFTWARE INDICATES YOUR ACCEPTANCE
  7.      OF THESE LICENSE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT
  8.      THESE LICENSE TERMS, YOU MUST RETURN THE
  9.      SOFTWARE FOR A FULL REFUND. IF THE SOFTWARE IS
  10.      SUPPLIED WITH ANOTHER PRODUCT, YOU MAY RETURN
  11.      THE ENTIRE UNUSED PRODUCT FOR A FULL REFUND.

  13.      HP SOFTWARE LICENSE TERMS
  14.  
  15. The following License Terms govern your use of the accompanying
  16. Software unless you have a separate written agreement with HP.
  17.  
  18. License Grant
  19.  
  20. HP grants you a license to Use one copy of the Software. "Use" means
  21. storing, loading, installing, executing or displaying the Software.
  22. You may not modify the Software or disable any licensing or control
  23. features of the Software. If the Software is licensed for "concurrent
  24. use", you may not allow more than the maximum number of authorized
  25. users to Use the Software concurrently.
  26.  
  27. Ownership
  28.  
  29. The Software is owned and copyrighted by HP or its third party
  30. suppliers. Your license confers no title or ownership in the Software
  31. and is not a sale of any rights in the Software. HP's third party
  32. suppliers may protect their rights in the event of any violation of
  33. these License Terms.
  34.  
  35. Copies and Adaptations
  36.  
  37. You may only make copies or adaptations of the Software for archival
  38. purposes or when copying or adaptation is an essential step in the
  39. authorized Use of the Software. You must reproduce all copyright
  40. notices in the original Software on all copies or adaptations. You may
  41. not copy the Software onto any bulletin board or similar system.
  42.  
  43. No Disassembly or Decryption
  44.  
  45. You may not disassemble or decompile the Software unless HP's prior
  46. written consent is obtained. In some jurisdictions, HP's consent may
  47. not be required for disassembly or decompilation. Upon request, you
  48. will provide HP with reasonably detailed information regarding any
  49. disassembly or decompilation. You may not decrypt the Software unless
  50. decryption is a necessary part of the operation of the Software.

  52. Transfer
  53.  
  54. Your license will automatically terminate upon any transfer of the
  55. Software. Upon transfer, you must deliver the Software, including any
  56. copies and related documentation, to the transferee. The transferee
  57. must accept these License Terms as a condition to the transfer.
  58.  
  59. Termination
  60.  
  61. HP may terminate your license upon notice for failure to comply with
  62. any of these License Terms. Upon termination, you must immediately
  63. destroy the Software, together with all copies, adaptations and merged
  64. portions in any form.
  65.  
  66. Export Requirements
  67.  
  68. You may not export or re-export the Software or any copy or adaptation
  69. in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
  70.  
  71. U.S. Government Restricted Rights
  72.  
  73. The Software and documentation have been developed entirely at private
  74. expense and are provided as "Commercial Computer Software" or
  75. "restricted computer software". They are delivered and licensed as
  76. "commercial computer software" as defined in DFARS 252.227-7013 (Oct
  77. 1988), DFARS 252.211-7015 (May 1991) or DFARS 252.227-7014 (Jun 1995),
  78. as a "commercial item" as defined in FAR 2.101 (a), or as "Restricted
  79. computer software" as defined in FAR 52.227-19 (Jun 1987) (or any
  80. equivalent agency regulation or contract clause), whichever is
  81. applicable. You have only those rights provided for such Software and
  82. Documentation by the applicable FAR or DFARS clause or the HP standard
  83. software agreement for the product.

  85.       HEWLETT-PACKARD LIMITED
  86.           WARRANTY STATEMENT
  87.  
  88.   1.HP warrants to you, the end-user customer, that HP hardware,
  89.      accessories and supplies, will be free from defects in materials
  90.      and workmanship after the date of purchase, for the period
  91.      specified above. If HP receives notice of such defects during the
  92.      warranty period, HP will, at its option, either repair or replace
  93.      products which prove to be defective.

  95.   2.HP warrants to you that HP software will not fail to execute its
  96.      programming instructions after the date of purchase, for the
  97.      period specified above, due to defects in material and
  98.      workmanship when properly installed and used. If HP receives
  99.      notice of such defects during the warranty period, HP will
  100.      replace software media which does not execute its programming
  101.      instructions due to such defects.
  102.  
  103.   3.HP does not warrant that the operation of HP products will be
  104.      uninterrupted or error free. HP products may contain
  105.      remanufactured parts equivalent to new in performance or may have
  106.      been subject to incidental use. If HP is unable, within a
  107.      reasonable time, to repair or replace any product to a condition
  108.      as warranted, you will be entitled to a refund of the purchase
  109.      price upon prompt return of the product.

  111.   4.Warranty does not apply to defects resulting from (a) improper or
  112.      inadequate maintenance or calibration, (b) software, interfacing,
  113.      parts or supplies not supplied by HP, (c) unauthorized
  114.      specifications for the product, or (e) improper site preparation
  115.      or maintenance.

  117.   5.ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A
  118.      PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE EXPRESS
  119.      WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE. Some states or provinces do not allow
  120.      limitations on the duration of an implied warranty, so the above
  121.      limitation or exclusion might not apply to you. This warranty
  122.      gives you specific legal rights and you might also have other
  123.      rights that vary from state to state, or province to province.

  125.   6.THE REMEDIES IN THIS WARRANTY STATEMENT ARE YOUR SOLE AND
  126.      EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES. EXCEPT AS INDICATED ABOVE, IN NO EVENT WILL
  127.      HP BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OF DATA OR FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL,
  128.      CONSEQUENTIAL (INCLUDING LOST PROFIT), OR OTHER DAMAGE, WHETHER
  129.      BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE. Some states or provinces
  130.      do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or
  131.      consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may
  132.      not apply to you.
